Rosie again

My OC, Rosie Kovac again. Sitting on a wall, reading and staring somebody/something.
I really love to draw her because she's always kind and I love her figure and appearance. Sorry for the lame "background" but i didn't want to 'destroy' my art with it...
I don't know where's from the texture of Rosie's dress. I somebody knows pls tell me and i can give the credit to the creator.

Lineart made by pencil, colored in PS CS3. Unfortunately i don't have a digital ddrawing table yet so i made it with my touchpad.
